Instructor Michael Buck explains, "Thai-Yoga Massage inspires the soul and tranquilizes the body. It’s great at relieving emotional stress and produces a calming relaxation response.”
Thai-Yoga sessions use flowing rhythmic compressions and are blended with stretching positions and breath work to produce a balanced integration of the body’s vital systems. This therapeutic approach produces benefits that include an invigorated spirit and profound rest.
"This form of massage is truly unique and tremendously healing. Thai-Yoga Massage is a popular modality here at Just4Bliss,” says studio owner, Bliss Wood.
